Since launching last year the market has been a regular occurrence in the wick holding both indoor and outdoor events. A wide range of stalls means you will probably definitely find what you are looking for plus food and musical entertainment all day.

Hyper-local news site Hackney Voice have produced a short audio report on Hackney Wick and the changes facing the area under pressure from Olympic Developments over the river. Speaking to people involved both in the Wick and with the Olympic Development the piece aims to capture an understanding of how the area is developing and what is being done to manage that change.
